Yeah your not wrong, anyone hoping to be the main lead in an NTR genra or in Kendo's words King, is definatly borderline insidious in mind and actions as we also see with Arato. I even think if Kendo wasn't as insidious as he is then a lot more of the blame will fall right on the ladies and make them a bit more unlikeable, not that they are blameless in they're actions of betrayal.
A thing to point out too is that I beleive half the stuff Kendo and Arato does would'nt work if the couples didn't get slapped with the paddle of stupitity but that's bar the course of Kendo's path if you want to avoid outright sexual assault actions. They have to at part be willing to do the action also which keeps Kendo escape the SA charge. Another thing is that if Arato was smart, he could of easily called out Kendo's hyporicasy by telling Satoshi his uncle is balls deep in his girlfriend right there. but I guess Arato kinda forgot about that which must of been days ago and is also a victum of the paddle.
Keeping onto the subject of stupidity, I always felt that both Kendo and Satoshi are just saying favorite nephew / uncle with a lot of lip service only. Both of they're actions towards each other shows no indication that to really be the case.
Which makes Satoshi being so delusional mind numbing as if he didn't have that much trust in his uncle then he would be all in of calling his uncle out from day one, maybe even refusing the holiday.
I recon the story may of had a bigger impact on him if Satoshi really acted like he fully trusted Kendo and not like a mini version of his dad. The impact of Both Kendo and Mary's betrayal would be harder hitting.
Alas what we have is one of the worst characters in the story at this point but for that NTR fix, he fits the bill just right.
tl;dr Kendo is insidious but surprisnly tame compared to other NTR villians, the other guys get hit with a stupitity paddle and the girls fall over and land on some dick after also being hit with said paddle.

After redhead, the blue hair girl is next on the plate. Arato will probably keep getting bottle game scenes until they slowly develop into conclusion to his route too I guess. At that point we just have Mary, Erina and Rin left. Mhmm, at this rate the game might be complete next summer

I didn't read too much into your discussion but I am guessing you are trying to point out that Kendo doesn't get any character development etc(which starts with acknowledging one's flaws right). This is a very valid point. Narratively it was completely omitted, Kendo starts the game impotent and then upon seeing Mary magically turns into sex beast and his character progression and development, shortcomings etc arent portrayed at all. We also dont know anything about him other than his personality traits as we see them, his job, his old wife etc, almost everything covered in the fog. I think this is a mistake personally, I believe that these things should be slowly getting uncovered as main story progresses rather than dropping them all at once at the end. This kind of IV drop would make story more interesting and engaging.
For example knowing what his job is, assuming it's something up there and seeing other characters not know and act oblivious would also slowly build up expectations for when they finally find out. How often do you continue reading novels just to see the bomb drop? But we don't know the bomb, it doesn't exist for us.
The most primitive example is shounen novels where protagonist goes into training, then comes out and kicks ass. People read through the process to see the protagonist blast everybody. Or thillers and crime fiction/mystery novels where bits and pieces slowly are fed to you and keep you hooked and interested...honestly I am sorry to say this, as your most loyal fan No try but you've made some mistakes in terms of story telling but it's too late now. Also it's not like people expect you to be the master novelist, it's a porn game after all. Although naturally, porn is no lower than other genres. The expectations are just lower.
I still think that the game is up there and unlike other porn games on the site, it's nice read, just not perfect in my eye. You know how it goes, when you do complete shit people won't really say anything because the expectations don't exist or are very low but if you do put in the effort then people will judge it more seriously and raise the bar according to the increased effort. This is one such case, the pursuit for greater standard is paying off in harsher criticism.
In all those other games on this site that have somewhat coherent storytelling the concepts that we speak off here, like character progression for example, don't exist haha. We are in different realm here.

Kendo was actually isekai'd from a fantasy land and then adopted into Satoshi's family. In his home world, humans are naturally more powerful and more virile than men in our world, but Kendo has trouble tapping into those powers unless he's in close proximity to a woman with a special affinity to that other world. The last one was his wife, and now Mary, who was indirectly drawn to him through Satoshi in order to awaken Kendo's powers.
So that was the original plot line. I think I understand why you would feel uncertain about going through with it haha. Yeah, this is way light hearted than we would expect from the vibes we've been getting the entire game.
This is more supernatural, hmm or maybe it would work if you mixed the supernatural thing with the revenge somehow
I imagine the background would need to expand into who Kendo was in that fantasy land before he transmigrated. In transmigration stories, the protagonist's background is very important. It provides character with their own agenda. This is no longer early 2000s, 16 year old virgin high school student with no backstory being hit by the truck is no longer taken seriously, it's a meme now.

I remember there used to be or still is a wizard character in the beginning of the game. I imagine he was the one that helped Kendo transmigrate/reincarnate? Hmm I wonder why...we will never find out :x
Hmm, maybe the World of Resort has rapidly declining population and the world needs Kendo to repopulate it? Or maybe there was a prophecy that the hero will be born from the union of a person with Kendo's "powers" and compatible heroine...

Nope, that's not what I meant at all. It has nothing to do with Kendo's character development (or lack thereof).
My comment was intended to concur with Federok88. Their argument is essentially that there is a cognitive dissonance between what Kendo does, and the way his actions are portrayed in the narrative. I'd strongly recommend reading Federok88's comment in full, but below is a quick summary and interpretation.
In short, KoS is the only NTR story to feature an ugly bastard without actually realising said character is an ugly bastard. Kendo takes advantage of his position of power to fuck Mary behind his nephew's back. Hypocritically, he also critises Arato for being a bad bf while doing so.
Normally, this is par for the course in an NTR story. However, in this particular game, Kendo isn't depicted by the story as a villian. Instead, he is positioned as the voice of reason. He is someone that the majority of characters look up to and admire. In a narrative that purports to have emotional depth and substantive commentary on relationships, it conveniently ignores the very real damage that his actions have caused. The game points out everyone else's flaws, except for that cretin's.

That's actually a good way of putting it to cut a long story short. I completely forgot about the ugly bastard tag since Kendo is described always as dirty old man in actions but keeps fit in terms of his physical looks.
It would be great if his actions was called out a bit on other routes or Kendo's own bad ending of sorts. It would act as a small challenge to get Kendo's "manliness" high enough to be the "King of Summer" or fail his Issei Harem Plan collapse.
Overall I guess the ultimate answer to who is the real protagonist of this game is clear with being Kendo with Mary a close second as the main goal for almost every guy in the game.
I trust that this is because he normally has the upperhand/control on the situation and the only ones with knowledge of his deeds are the ones under his spell. Given that badends 1 and 2 exist, it would be weird if there wasnt an ending where Kendo gets called out for his behavior and/or ends up losing.
I think there are hints to Satoshi not wanting to stay still with him talking to Yoshi, meanwhile Arato still out there and he knows that Marys affair predates his little scheme.
