But i know what you mean, the UI needs to be abit flushed out especially the Relationship part of the Phone, there should be an easier way to find out where the Characters are at the current time but let's see how it goes.

Town hall. She sits outside of it. Pretty sure you find her thanks to the main quest at the start of the game.

If you reject her staying the Night then she goes back to the Hotel, if you decide to check on her at the Hotel MC will look through the Office Window of the Owner and can watch her getting fucked by him.
Forgot to mention ( Thanks to Fauno36 ) the Owner can and will Impregnate her if she doesn't have 50 Bucks for a Morning after Pill ( by giving her 10 each Day when meeting her at the Town Hall ) to prevent getting Pregnant.

Just started, seems like a good game.

I suggest including the possibility of changing the color of the dialogues, sometimes it is difficult to read despite increasing the opacity of the box to 100%

Mates,I don't get it with the cheats. "Adel virginity toggle"...mus t be "on" for intact and "off" for not intact? Same is with Luca toggle. "On" is...what? They are not a couple anymore and "off" is, they are still a couple?

Next is...can I prevent all girls from being fucked by an NPC? NTR can be avoided, but does this mean, I just don't see it or does it mean, NPC's willnot lay hand on the girls?

Adel Virginity means is she a virgin or isn't she. Simple as that.
Lucas toggle is to return him if you got rid of him I think.
You can turn off NTR completely in settings if I am not mistaken and if you do not, you bet your sweet ass they probably do.
But technically what you don't see do not really happen and you can prevent any and all NTR even with NTR turned on.
