| Hmm, Alisha seems like a good role model and they gave her a maid outfit this episode. Seems like she knows Vulcan. Aria can definitely learn a few things from her. Got more bath scenes and the usual stuff. There's a cliffhangerish ending so I expect Aria to make good on her promise to defend their home. |

| Finally! Story is getting going here. We finally get that reunion between Aria and Alisha and idk it must be something in the elf DNA because why are both of them horny degenerates 😂 Alisha might be worse than Aria Blue hair knight looks like he’s straight out of Helck! Everyone’s training seems to have gone well and they’re definitely going to need it. It’s kinda funny seeing how much of a gap there still was between Aria and Alisha despite the reputation aria has gained as being really OP. Hell even Stella had a thing or two to learn from her training sessions. Time to put it to use next week. So the grand mage is indeed from Earth(and a bit sus). Now when I said that Tama’s last form would likely be a human form like on earth, people replied last week saying this isn’t an isekai. Feeling quite dumb now ain’t yall lmao. Sure the main character might not have been isekai’d but still, earth exists. Probably the best episode yet because we actually got somewhere narratively instead of the same old bathing scenes lmao |

| Welcome to the imperial capital and the one-episode training arc. Main point of interest here is that Grand Mage Whatshisface is literally the main character of a shitty isekai, with his superior Japanese cooking and big titty elf slave. I would ask for a prequel series, but I've probably already seen it. Vulcan gets her big reveal as a powerful Artifact Smith, as well as one of the heroes of Ragnarok, and a new demon war is on the horizon. New waifu and old waifu introduced, Beelzebuth and Alisha. I was worried for a second that we'd forget the bath scene. |

| Things are getting more interesting with war imminent with the arrival of 4 demons which are scattered all over. Vulcan being revealed to be an artifact smith was surprising and so was being introduced to a new elf that looks like a more mature Aria and is a "slave" to a grand mage. Speaking of this grand mage I'm curious to find out how and why he came from Japan and if he'll play a bigger role in this series besides teaching his chef on how to make hamburger steak. |

| A stealth isekai - Yes, as another poster mentioned above, it's no longer a pure alternative universe high fantasy and Earth is confirmed to exist. But I don't think it'll be particularly relevant since it's not tied to any of the main characters who we're following. Sometimes when it's included as just such a minor side detail as this, almost as an afterthought, I tend to think it's almost like they just have a list of checkmarks to tick off to just secure additional publishing house funds (for the original source). I don't really mind it though as it just makes the universe of the series even wider and more expansive, in the sense that there is at least one more confirmed universe out there. Unrelated to that, while the rest of the events of where the story is at now have been fine and easily watchable, I noticed that the more exciting ecchi content of this series stagnated and became pretty averse or unable to introducing new ideas and elements pertaining to it very early on, like after the first three or so episodes. What it is now is just an average safe fantasy adventure with some bath scenes shoehorned in. Not the worst thing, but a lot less dynamic, creative, and saucy than the early episodes gave me hope for. With the big focus on the war against the demon rulers and the training and advancement of the girl warriors, you almost feel like you could take Tama, who feels like such a non-character, and the sex-centric aspect out of the show at this point and not be missing much. You'd still have pretty scantily-clad girls but it would just be like any 80s bikini armor generic swords and dungeons fantasy. I suppose my point is that I think this series made a major misstep in actually devoting so much of its runtime to a huge conflict and more serious plot as that was never going to be where it excelled. It's a series where the deuteragonist is fighting life or death battles in a thong and everything is done for the sake of showing off attractive female bodies over what actually makes political and military tactical sense or feels societally and culturally realistic and appropriate for that world, so why betray that now? You can't have a series set itself up as Ishuzoku Reviewers and then try to be a wannabe Berserk. Well, you can, but it's not going to be very good at either or impressive in the final result. Not saying it can't have plot and should be all borderline hentai and comedic content, as I don't tend to like a lot of pure ecchi, hentai, and comedies anyway and like some plot and sense of meaning or stakes to give some weight to everything that is happening, but it feels like the balance is off and too heavily skewed in that direction now. |

| Episode 9 of Beheneko: The Elf-Girl's Cat is Secretly an S-Ranked Monster finally gets the show back on track, and I’m hyped! After a few chapters that felt like they wandered off into filler territory (seriously, what was up with that detour?), this ep dives back into the core story and mysteries that hooked me from the start. The pacing picks up, teasing epic battles and some shady villains creeping closer. With only a handful of episodes left, I’m crossing my fingers they stick the landing—don’t fumble now, devs! The intrigue’s back, and I’m all in for what’s next.  |
| An emergency summons from the Emperor, only Vulcan can sense trouble incoming... Regardless, the long journey to the Imperial City of Klareal for Aria and the party to meet Emperor Geisel Auschra, Vulcan is well affiliated for being the Artifact Smith by him and his son Julius, though she kept that secret for reasons justifiable. The Holy Demoness Belzebuth appearing out of nowhere to request help to quell the returning evil force of the Demonic Four, it's a no-brainer for Aria to provide assistance. Of course, with their current skills, Julius preps people to train them for the upcoming war, and Aria being able to see Alisha as the warrior she admired and saved since young, it would be appropriate for the master to train her despite her reluctance, which thankfully she accepts. From the get-go, the legendary Sword Saint shows her chops by testing her psychology, which she passes with perseverance, good for Aria...though her fetish definitely was not expected it all for being a slave to her master, the Grand Mage's love. Along with the others, with Julius training Stella as a capable tank on more of defense than offense (which Aria needs the latter), everyone soon gains their new skills, except for Aria who's lagging behind with 2 of the Demonic Four having returned. One at Alisha's birthplace, and the other right at the area of Aria and the party's home, that's an emergency enough. |
